SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Jet Set Go! With every new order we ship, we feel so excited that your new Jet Set Go products will make your life easier. 

We understand the anticipation of an important package. Please reach out with any questions regarding your order to customercare@jetsetgobaby.com.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary based on your location and all prices include taxes. Our domestic shipping costs range between $5-$25. If you spend over $100.00 your products will be shipped to you for free. You will receive a shipping quote before check-out.

When will my order ship?

Jetsetgobaby.com orders ship within two business days of the order being placed and take around 3-7 business days to arrive. 

*Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays. Weather, peak shopping seasons, and holidays may delay shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US, with an exception for Canada. 

Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

Check your spam. You should receive an email from us immediately confirming your order, and receive a separate email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received an email please let us know at customercare@jetsetgobaby.com.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We are unable to ship to military addresses which include APO’s, DPO’s, PO boxes, etc. 

What about taxes?

For US orders, your purchase is subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax. Some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.  

RETURNS POLICY

To start your return please email us at customercare@jetsetgobaby.com or call us at 1.800.507.1577 

Jet Set Go can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our Shopify website. We will not accept returns for products purchased through our authorized retailers. Please note, we do not provide return shipping.

All items eligible for return may be sent back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery and meet the following requirements: 

  • In “like new” condition.
  • Include all original packaging, parts, manuals etc.
  • All Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for return.

Once items are returned, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our warehouse to confirm your return. Once your return is confirmed and approved, your refund will be released to your original form of payment. Please Note, refund time frames may depend on your bank's policy.
