SHIPPING POLICY

With every new order we ship, we are so excited that your new Jet Set Go products will make your life easier. We understand the anticipation of an important package. Please reach out with any questions regarding your order at customercare@jetsetgobaby.com.

How much will shipping cost?

Free shipping on purchases of $120 or more

Due to high demand, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email that lets you track the delivery status. If you have any questions, please contact us at customercare@jetsetgobaby.com

*Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays. Weather, peak shopping seasons, and holidays may delay shipment times.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. 

Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your spam. You should receive an email from us immediately after you place your order, and then will receive a separate email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received either of these emails, let us know at customercare@jetsetgobaby.com.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We are unable to ship to military addresses, which include APO’s, DPO’s, PO boxes, etc. 

What about taxes?

For United States orders, your purchase is subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax. Some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.  

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final.
